While listening to our desires and concerns, he steered us in the right direction with accurate information and good advice. He gave us good counsel concerning the value of our property, got all of the details necessary to getting our condo on the market done quickly and professionally, and checked in with us for our approval every step of the way. There was never a point where we felt uninformed or pressured to do something we didn't want to. Once our condo was listed, there was hardly a moment, because showings and offers were so numerous so quickly, that he was not calling to inform us of what was going on. Stewart represented us over a 9 month period, preparing our home for sale and then managing it on the market for 7 months. It was a difficult home to sell because of it's size and price, as well as various issues with several systems (plumbing, electric, etc). Every time an issue arrived, Stewart had options and diligently worked to resolve them. He works hard to market your house (held three open house events for us) and treats your home sale as if he is selling his own home!
